Hello! I’m Axel D’Addario
At 18 years old I started selling real estate in North Jersey, dosing over 55 transactions by my 21st birthday. Parallel to the growth of my professional career, I managed a restaurant part -time and attended New Jersey City University (where I graduated with a degree in Finance) . During my final weeks at NJCU, I met an adjunct professor by the name of Chris Versace, who is the CIO of Thematica Research, and a Senior Contributor of The Street. He welcomed me to join his efforts in creating an index which ultimately launched on the NASDAQ in October of 2017 which is still listed today under the Ticker: NJCU5OTR. This is an index created to track the largest 50 publicly traded companies in New Jersey & was underwritten by S&P Global. I was responsible for gathering data and creating the weighted formula tracking the CCMpaiSt S overall brandvalue, market cap, operating margins, and employment opportunities.
